What an amazing workshop. So much learnt on the day. Mel and Paul are so welcoming, professional and helpful; explaining, demonstrating and one to one when needed. A valued day that leaves you with a transformed piece of furniture to be proud of. The day equips you with the skills to think about other pieces of furniture to transform. What a fantastic day I had. Met up with amazing ladies and we were all transforming our old furniture into something special which we all managed to achieve with the help of wonderful Mel and Paul. Doing this gave me so much confidence in myself and what I could actually do with my piece of furniture, I was quite proud. I now can’t wait to go back and learn more. It was also so interesting, I really had the most wonderful day. We also stopped for lunch but we couldn’t wait to get back to our projects.

I’d just like to say what a fantastic workshop it was. I hadn’t done anything like this before and I didn’t really feel I had the confidence to do this sort of thing. Mel and Paul were brilliant. I didn’t expect to find it so relaxing and therapeutic. I had a really lovely time and had no idea I’d be able to end up with something that looked so good. I had an old table in my garage which now has pride of place in my sitting room and looks really cool. I’m so glad that I did it and will be returning to transform something else!

The best workshop I've ever been on. I turned up with an old, dowdy piece of furniture and by the end of the day it was transformed. I learnt multiple new skills and am already looking for new pieces I can work on. The workshop was small and teachers were amazing ensuring we all had as much 121 time as needed. I recommend this course without hesitation wholeheartedly!

What a fabulous day we had at Redeemed Decor. Mel was an amazing teacher and such an inspiration, as was Paul. There were 4 students on the day. We had such fun and each created our own unique piece of furniture artwork.

Had a wonderful day (24 Jan) at Redeemed Decor's intro to furniture up cycling.

The group was small - four of us - and we had access to wide range of paints and papers, and basic tools. I took my own piece of furniture to work on and got it finished in the session as did the others.

Highly recommend Redeemed Decor (thanks Mel and Paul!). Definitely go again!

Amazing workshop! I attended this workshop and it was incredible. The venue is gorgeous and showcases the owners hand painted furniture and art pieces. The owners are just so welcoming and nurturing in the way that they teach. They want everyone to succeed in their chosen project. I took home a beautiful piece of furniture which I upcycled with my own fair hands under the supervision of the owners. I'm so proud of what I achieved and my family was blown away with what I had curated. Thank you Mel and Paul

My mum and I went on the furniture up-cycle workshop together and loved it. We chose a couple of tatty old round tables that were otherwise going to be thrown out and with Paul and Mel’s support, transformed them into two fabulous contemporary “pieces of art”. The workshop was really fun, simple to follow and Mel was a brilliant teacher. I’d definitely recommend anyone to give it a go and come away with a new piece of furniture you’ll be proud to display! Great little day!

We spent the day with Mel and Paul with a piece of furniture brought with, which we then went on to discuss renovation options for, paint types, varnish, decoupage techniques and then went on to actually do. I had a great day with little tips n tricks. Paul and Mel lovely hosts, even accommodating my dog who I had to take with last minute! Now feeling confident to tackle alone...
